We have plenty of dedicated off-street parking and are easily accessible for those living in Nuneaton, Atherstone, Hinckley, and the surrounding areas.
About me
Alison Sheff MAR. MCHP
For 16 years I worked nationally in the training industry, I found myself needing to make some significant life choices to take care of my physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Having qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2005, I turned to complementary and alternative therapies to see if they could help me gain control of my stress and anxiety levels. The benefits I gained from the treatments were so significant, that it became the driving force behind my decision to undertake further training and start MBS Therapies.
In 2012 I graduated in Reflexology and had an even greater desire to develop my practice further. I continued training in a range of therapies and styles of massage and an award-winning type of reflexology called Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage known as RLD, developed to help those living with secondary Lymphoedema following breast cancer.
As a manual therapist, I felt that there was more I could do to help people following surgery and trauma, so I qualified in Sharon Wheeler's ScarWork™ and the Advanced Practitioner training in ScarWork after Breast Cancer. My ethos is to combine specialist types of massage and equipment including DEEP OSCILLATION® help each individual feel better in themselves and about themselves.
I constantly strive to increase my knowledge and skills to ensure I can offer you, a truly unique, tailored, and holistic service, whatever the reason for your visit.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), a full member of the Complementary Health Professionals (CHP), and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) for both Reflexology and Massage Therapy.
As a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, I have evidenced that I meet high standards of training and professional practice, this enables me to be listed as a reflexologist on the NHS website. You can find me here.
