Reflexology
What is Reflexology?
Reflexologists gently apply pressure to what we refer to as 'reflex points' that are mapped across the feet, hands, face, or ears. These are believed to correspond to all of the systems and organs of the body. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works to help the body relax and restore its natural balance.
All of us need an opportunity to unwind, relax, and re-balance. Reflexology is suitable for all ages and can help with relaxation, reducing tension levels, improving circulation, reducing inflammation and swelling, promoting restful sleep, reducing pain, and boosting the immune system.
Reflexology is non-intrusive and all my treatments will include an initial consultation during which we will discuss your general health, lifestyle, and medical history. You will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
RLD is an award-winning reflexology technique that stimulates the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and/or hands. As well as Lymphoedema RLD may bring relief to sufferers of auto-immune diseases such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and post-surgery relief. More information can be found here
